From our experience working with hundreds of teens over the past decade, we know that starting in freshman or sophomore year can be beneficial. A richness comes from having time to create a relationship and learn about the complex world of admissions early. However, some students and families are not ready to look so far into the future, which is okay. We will meet you where you are and can begin at whatever time suits you best.
“College is a singular opportunity to rummage through and luxuriate in ideas, to realize how very large the world is and to contemplate your desired place in it. And that’s lost in the admissions mania, which sends the message that college is a sanctum to be breached — a border to be crossed — rather than a land to be inhabited and tilled for all that it’s worth.” - Frank Bruni
